3. Our Services

We provide the following paid services:

  • Scammer Database Access — $147 lifetime: Access to our verified database of 1,200+ oil trading scammers with evidence and documents.

  • Due Diligence Report — $297: A professional background investigation report on any oil seller or company, delivered within 24–72 hours.

4. Payment & Access

  • All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

  • Access to the Scammer Database is granted immediately after successful payment.

  • DD Reports are delivered by email within 24–72 hours of receiving your documents.

  • We do not store your payment card details.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • Scammer Database subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • DD Report payments are non-refundable once investigation work has commenced.

Exception: If we are unable to deliver your DD Report within 72 hours of receiving your documents, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at info@stopoilscam.com.

6. Cookies

Our scammer database is compiled based on:

  • Reports submitted by oil and gas industry participants

  • Independent research and investigation

  • Publicly available information and documents

All listings are published in good faith to protect the oil trading community.

7. Third-Party Services

If you believe your information has been listed incorrectly:

  1. Email info@stopoilscam.com with your full name and company

  2. Provide supporting proof or documentation

  3. Our team will review within 7 business days

  4. If proof is satisfactory, we will remove or update your listing

8. Legal Action Policy

Before initiating any legal action against stopoilscam.com, you must contact us first at info@stopoilscam.com.

  • All listings are backed by evidence and documentation

  • We retain full proof for every listing published

  • We will present our evidence if any legal proceedings are initiated

  • Good faith contact is always the fastest resolution

9. Disclaimer

  • Our DD Reports and scammer listings are based on research and available evidence at the time of investigation.

  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of all information.

  • Stop Oil Scam is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using or not using our services.

  • Our findings are opinions based on evidence and should be used as one of several due diligence tools.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on stopoilscam.com including reports, database listings, design, and text is the property of Stop Oil Scam. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your subscription access with others

  • Reproduce or resell any scammer database content

  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
